You guys are the best! Your team has impressed us from the moment we first talked with you and Shane at the 2003 Denver Log Home Show to the moment you erected our log home in July, 2004.

As we worked with you through the process of building our dream home, we found Chilliwack Mountain Log Homes to be: professional, quality conscious, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely cost competitive.

You suggested several minor changes to our house that were excellent. In addition, we really appreciate the way you followed up whenever we had any questions; we would usually receive a call back within hours.

While some log home customers may have money to burn, we needed to be cost-conscious. Your log shell package included more extras (log stairs, assembled log railing and cedar bells) than several competitors at a far better price. In fact, when performing an apples-to-apples comparison, we realized a ten to forty percent savings over several other competitors.

And the highest complement we can pay you is not from us at all; specifically, our framing crew said "The people who built this log home are fantastic. It is a real pleasure to frame, when you can follow-up after true professional log builders.". The commented on all the detailed cuts in the logs, flooring, roofing, decking, electrical, etc. The quality of the craftsmanship in our log home is second-to-none!

If any potential customers want to discuss any issues with one of your previous customers, please give them our name and number. We would be happy to endorse Chilliwack Mountain Log Homes. However, if they stop by and see our house we won't need to say a thing; our log home is the best advertising you could ever have.

Once Keith and Cliff finally arrived we had a good ol' time time talking about all sorts of things.  It was great to see both of them again and we feel honored that they took the time to stop by during their busy schedule.  Hope we can give you guys another good reference in the future.  We are still extremely happy with our log home and everyone who visits loves it.  During our recent family reunion here we had 31 people staying in our log home for 4 days (see photo)............good thing we're a close family!  The family wanted to vote us the official family reunion location for all eternity.
